Congrats to St. Paul’s Mark Dowdle, who won the 2026 Last Soul Ultramarathon after running ~390 miles over 4.5 days.
I cannot imagine a feat like that, but I’d love to run a backyard ultra someday. It’s a test for every entrant: how far can you go beyond what you think you’re capable of? 🏃
